        Over promise and under deliver I still dont have my doors and windows They had to reschedule me 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting

When unpredictable circumstances arise and we need to reschedule an appointment there is not much we can do but apologize. We give the same curtesy to our customers to cancel appointments with us if such issues arise. We acknowledge that you require a Saturday appointment. Unfortunately, our Saturday appointments are usually booked months in advance so it is hard to find a quick reschedule when a customer requests a Saturday installation appointment.
