La Parrilla On The Water

We had a great dinner and our service was outstanding. The owner stopped by our table to be sure everything was to our liking.

The hotel restaurant may not meet your expectations, so it is best to keep them low. The menu is a bit pricey, and the quality of the food does not justify the cost. It is unreasonable to charge full price for a side caesar salad when it should have been included with the entree. Most restaurants would only charge a small additional fee for a side caesar salad. We were seated in the back area behind the bar, and would not have realized the restaurant was "on the water" if its name had not indicated it. Our waitress appeared unhappy to be serving us. Overall, our experience left us wishing we had chosen a different restaurant.

Nice location and access from Best western hotel. Right on the water to the views were great. They had live music and the volume was extremely loud (my watch warned me about decibel levels despite being all the way on the opposite side of the restaurant from the band). Even after the band closed, they played music which was pretty loud. Service was very slow, over an hour to get our food. Our waitress was very nice but forgot our drinks multiple times.

Great service; the best! The good was pretty good but small and a little disappointing on the chicken riggies..there was no chicken. and the drinks seemed a lot watered down.
