I went here earlier to order a grilled cheese panini, it took them 15 whole minutes to make and when it came out they gave me the bread which was not toasted with butter on it somehow. AND the cheese was not melted they slapped on 3 hard pieces of cheese. Awful experience and a total waste of time and $5

Although I'm a big fan of Hortons, this was the worst I've ever been in, and I've been in quite a few.

Every store is different, but I always seem to have a problem with my order. If I am annoyed enough to call, they do replace whatever the issue is, but it's a hassle I don't always want to deal with and usually end up eating/drinking the mistake, and sometimes overpay, like when I ask for cream cheese on a bagel and only get butter... But sometimes it's not worth the hassle of calling, complaining, and making an extra trip back.
