Going to Tammys restored my faith in a nice manicure experience. The appointment started on time. Easy removal of my powder manicure. Nails were shaped nicely. Tammy did the actual powder manicure. Nice skills. Contoured my nails nicely. Nice application. Huge selection of colors.

I have been a loyal customer for a long time but after being mistreated too many times, I will not go back. She has delayed my appointment many times because she took a walk in right before. Most recently she called my daughter to confirm appt, who had been a regular customer as well, less than 20 minutes before her appointment that she had made weeks prior. My daughter confirmed that she would be there. When my daughter arrived, Tammy looked surprised at who she was and told her that Lucy had surgery on her hand and wasnt back to work and told her to go to the guy there who we have tried and doesnt do a nice job. Playing games bc didnt tell her on the phone that Lucy wasnt there. So she made another appointment for when Lucy was to return and left. When she returned for the appointment, she asked Tammy to reschedule my appointment for the next morning bc I had an unexpected funeral mass. Tammy said 4:00 and tell your mom to call me to confirm. My daughter was still there and told Tammy that I had texted that I would take the 4:00 and Tammy said ok. She mustve forgotten to write it down bc she looked shocked when I came in and there was a walk in getting a pedicure and manicure to follow. She looked embarrassed and said I told your daughter to tell you to call me. Which wasnt how they left off. Instead of apologizing and telling the truth she said I told your daughter I dont know what to tell you. So I left never to return. I had made original appt weeks in advance to be sure I had my nails done for my birthday which was 4 days before Christmas. She is greedy and will take anyone ahead of a loyal customer w an appointment. She tried to take advantage bc she knew that I had been flexible in the past when she double booked by mistake and I would say ok to change MY appointment. No more bs from you Tammy. Happy New Year
