Great service nail polish last long but nail salon owner held me in the store which brought my rating down 2 stars everything was perfect I came in the shop they immediately sat me down even offered me a drink which I already knew came with a catch ..owner constantly coming up to me to make sure I was good another bad sign and at the end of my treatment the owner has me pay total came down to around 70$ ok no problem then as Im bout walk out she blocks me in the door saying wait we offer message or you dont want your finger nails done .. I say no no thank you then the owner grabs my arms and says wait you not done paying Im like excuse me she like you forgot to tip Im doing Everthing in my power to not make a scene but the owner is aggressively forcing me to give her a tip that I did not have at the moment even told her next time but after holding me in a store for a tip I will never return again if Im telling you I dont have it at the moment I do not have it dont say I didnt finish paying when I paid you for your service 2 stars for illegally detaining me for a tip

Absolutely FABULOUS service.. starting from an Incredible atmosphere with beautiful decor to amazing job all of them do in nails and design!! Not only that but youre really getting pampered here getting a massage while you get your nails done everyone is so nice and friendly including the beautiful owner Jess! I give them 100 stars if I could!

They do a great job! Everyone here is great. Jess is wonderful and her customer service is great. Designs and all they are wonderful!

Love this place! So clean, very friendly staff. I love the spa pedicure options and their dip powder manicure lasted me a month!

Came in 2-3 weeks ago with no expectations due to the other experiences ive had at nail salons on long island, and when I tell you i was treated like royalty, Im not exaggerating. I was greeted with a smile & offered a snack / beverage while I was walked to my pedicure chair. I will be coming back this week to have my nails done again. I have never had such a positive experience at a nail salon & I am still in disbelief of the quality customer service as well as performance, my nails turned out great. The manicurists are extremely sweet as well & you can tell how hard they work in order to make sure customers are satisfied. I believe the woman at the fronts name was Jess- such a sweetheart and made my day with her kindness.
