Rosal is simply the best home builder to work with. Just had them build my second home in eaglechase. The building process is not without stress and you can run into a lot of unknown extra costs when you upgrade but they are very clear on whats included and what the upgrade prices are. Gary and mike are just great. Rod is an absolute angel to work with and what can you say about Scott except hes the man. They will build you a quality and beautiful home. Highly recommend. I inquired about a new build and the owners were nice enough to sit down and discuss things after a month of what seemed like begging. At my appointment, not much of any information/assistance provided in regards to floor plans. I was shown a total of two blueprints... I was left to find a floor plan online with my own resources and once I did, the price I was quoted was $100k more than what we had discussed as a budget. I then asked again for help with a new floor plan and I never heard from the builder again. The houses they build look nice and I have a friend that is happy with his new build. The process of booking an appointment and then receiving a quote took 3 months, and then I was told there is no guarantee on price. I understand things are a bit crazy with post-covid supply shortages and instability with the economy, but this process took far too long and I was presented barely any options at all and I had money ready to spend. If you're looking for any sort of answers in a timely fashion or assistance building a floor plan, this is not your company. I am still waiting for a response from my email to them in early May, it is now two days away from August (I actually already found what I am looking for, just disappointing with their lack of response.

I'm a contractor for them and they are by far my favorite builder, cleanest jobs, fastest production schedule, knowledgeable employees, and always willing to work with you.

Houses are decent, but the Eagle Chase area continues to flood out after they began to build more houses. I feel bad for all the people basements that flooded and personal loses...but keep building!
