Dr. Karnofsky and his team are lovely! My entire family has switched to this practice. Doctors are conscious of your comfort level during procedures. The Front desk receptionist pleasantly greet you, and are extremely helpful with making appointments. Robin is amazing and transparent in making insurance claims super easy!

Dr. Valauri and hygienists are excellent. Staff is horrible. Paid for 2 caps after insurance and specifically and emphatically asked if my balance was satisfied at the time of payment and was told yes. 6 weeks later I receive a bill for $351 and told that my initial payoff was based on an insurance estimate. Upon inquiry I was then initially told that the $351 bill was a mistake, then subsequently told I did indeed owe $351 additional. No way to operate and treat a patient. I told them theyd never see me again and received no reply. I guess they dont care. If I normally dont have anything good to say I dont say anything disparaging because I dont want to hurt anyones reputation, but in this case it just got my goad. My wife will continue as a patient as she has perfect teeth but I am done. The lack of a reply here says it all.

My first visit was very disastrous. I called to make an appointment, and someone took my info and said they would call me back, and they never did. I called again to make an appointment, and I was scheduled for 4/17/2023. The day of the appointment, I was told that they would have to cancel the appointment until the 19th, because I was scheduled during a surgery. The problem isnt with the appointment mishaps, its with finding their location. Online it says 1 ProHealth plaza, but the actual address is 1 Dakota Dr. I called the front desk to get direction, and I was put on hold for more than 20 mins. When I finally found the correct location, it was 4:30. I explain to the front desk staff, and her only explanation was I dont know it does that.
