Horrible Customer Service It takes forever to actually speak to your Doctors receptionist. In hold ove 30 mins everytime you call in !

Made me wait for than an hour and they let others after me be attended first. The staff are rude in person and over the phone. They tell people "no one speaks Spanish here" in the most extremely rude way. I ended up giving up and leaving after waiting for so long.

Office manager is the most fat and arrogant, very dismissive and insensitive.

There is no communication between the front desk workers the dentists & the insurance companies. You have to wait a month or more just to get an appointment or you can walk in on Tuesdays and wait hours to be seen. Even if you ave an appointment like i did today at 1:30pm they did not call me in till 2:30pm. So i had to wait an hour past my appointment time but if you are 4 min late to your appointment they wont see you tell me how thats fair. The front desk workers are incompetent and can be really rude. I have had 17 teeth pulled here in the last year and a half in order to get dentures. After they pulled the last 9 front teeth a week later I was pulling peices of broken teeth and bone out of my gums which was painful & a little bloody. The temp dentures I received don't fit good & I have had them adjusted twice already. I can not keep taking off work to come here for adjustments. I can't even eat with them in. I am at my breaking point with this place. But I still have to have my molds done for my permanent dentures which i am afraid of them doing because I do not trust them anymore. This is what happens when you have state insurance and have to go to the worst dentists out there.
