After driving all over Tim buc too, we finally arrived at the distribution center. After a few minutes speaking with the two women in the building we determined they had "0" clothing especially winter coats. Between the two of them, I must say they were useless

The woman working here is incredibly rude and has discouraged me from donating to goodwill ever again. I arrived twenty minutes before closing. I walked through the door and did not even receive a hello, just a curt "hurry up and bring your stuff in, we're closing soon." That alone was enough to make me want to turn back, but I proceeded anyway. I had three boxes full of clothes and accessories and bags, most of them in pristine condition or some slight wear. But this lady started picking items out and saying, "I'm not going to take this, it's damaged." It wasn't. She did this with multiple items. I was there out of the goodness of my heart, doing a favor, and she treated me as if I was there for my own good. I ended up taking all of my stuff back and donating everything to another company instead.
