        had a terrible, very stressful experience just trying to donate almost 20 bags of clothing and shoes. the security guards watched idly from the store while half a dozen men surrounded my car and took all my bags for donation. the streets are covered with items meant for donation that are being hawked. will never return here. find a donation site at a market. avoid at all costs.

        Not sure what the point of having a store open until 7pm is they decide the dressing rooms at 6:30. Also staff was dismissive just nodding NO without even letting me finish asking the question.

        Unprofessional staff and management. The fact that staff can tell customers to "shut up" "customer getting on my nerve" and security guard accuse them of stealing is beyond customer friendly. Felt discriminated after being a long time customer of goodwill. I would like to follow up with a formal complaint with goodwill if possible.
