Melissa is an absolute gem to work with. She is perfect blend of professionalism and a get stuff done attitude with a personal touch that makes you feel heard and supported. Our circumstances were not ideal as my house was 9 months past the estimated completion date, but one of the few highlights has been working with Melissa and her team. Would absolutely recommend 10/10. My interactions were mainly with Melissa, but I know every success comes from a good team and support structure.
