I ordered a set of vents for remodelling. They called me to verify my order, and asked me if I had chosen the right color (white), and luckily enough I did not order the right Color and the sales rep saved the day for me. I needed black, if theyd not done this Id of been screwed due to my short deadline. Definitely impressed with both the quality and speed of Fulfillment. Im going to use them again as I cannot find anyone else in the US who can make the customisations I need for vent products. They may literally be the only roof vent manufacturers left in the US that sell direct to consumers. This is not normal and I just want you guys to know its super cool to see this type of business in the US.

I ordered two black roof vents that were $21.00 each. Paid $31.00 for shipping and got my package shortly after the order. Open the box and they are not black. I call the company and advised them that i did not receive the correct item and that i needed black. I was told that i did not order black and that i could spray paint them to fix this issue. I did not want to do that obviously and i inquired about an exchange. I was told that they would call me back when the manager came in, later that day. I did not get a call back so i email the company the next day and "Mark" tells me that they would do the exchange but i would have to pay to ship them back to the company ($31) and pay for the new black ones to be shipped to me (another $31) on top of a 20% "restocking fee" and the fee for the paint. So it would end up costing me 93 dollars in shipping in the end to get the right product and the company is less than 100 miles from me. Long story short, bad company with even worse customer service. Don't waste your time or money.
