Was looking to have my Japanese chef knives sharpened for over a year they were chipped and dull. Frank the blacksmith restored them to razor sharp edge for an amazing price around $1 per inch. I will be taking all my knives to him 100% would recommend this service.

My experience with knife sharpening was great. He sharpened several of my kitchen knives of varying lengths, shapes, and uses. They are holding their edge several months out, and Im very happy with the results. I also placed special order with him one of my knife handles was plastic/resin was broken, and I asked if he would be willing to replace it with wood. He advised on the different types of woods that would be appropriate for every day use and helped me choose one. The handle is beautiful. He gets my highest recommendation.
