Great experience at this store!! I would like to commend the store associate, Paige for her outstanding customer service!! Its rare these days to come across someone who is conscientious and helpful. Too often, sales associates just dont give a cr _p!! Just today, before I was fortunate enough to run into Paige, I had asked another store associate if there was an XS available and received the standard answer No, whatever we have is out there! Well Paige found me an XS! Thank you Paige! Youre the best!!

This is a gem of a store and I love that its rarely crowded and the sales racks are usually well-stocked. Here you can browse and explore without feeling overwhelmed. Another advantage of this location is its proximity to other attractions in Rockefeller Center. After your shopping excursion, you can explore the iconic sights, grab a bite to eat, or simply soak in the vibrant atmosphere of this renowned area. It's a convenient and enjoyable way to spend a day in New York City.

If youd like to avoid unnecessary stress leading up to your wedding, I STRONGLY urge you to choose a different store for anything wedding related. I have eight bridesmaids that all ordered dresses from bhldn. Six of them have been sent the wrong dress in the wrong color. Im not sure how thats even possible. This business is so bad that it would be almost comical if the dresses werent all backordered that now Im beyond stressed about timing. One of my bridesmaids that got the wrong dresses returned the two dresses they sent her in black when she ordered champagne to the store and reordered it and they sent her the wrong color again. That is seven orders that have been wrong. I HATE this store. What a joke. Im genuinely confused as to how this store stays in business.
