First time at Kalvig & Shorter, oh what a day, With my furry friend, we made our way. Expectations high, hopes in the air, but alas, disappointment was lurking there.
Sloppy records, oh what a mess. Like a tangled leash, causing distress. A dental eval, oh so questionable, left me pondering, feeling quite vulnerable.
No feedback on the blood test, a mystery. $189 spent, but wheres the transparency? I never approved, yet they ran the show. And my poor pet, unaware, had no say to bestow.
Pet owners barred from the cold examination room. My heart sank, like a lead balloon. Dec 2023, those days etched in my mind. A disconnect at Kalvig & Shorter, hard to unwind.
They asked me for a review, a glowing facade. But truth be told, my experience was flawed. A BIG gap exists, between promise and deed. And my wallet, much lighter, as they took the lead.
No refund, no remorse, just a stubborn stance. $189 lost, like a lost pets chance. Kalvig and Shorter, your reputations at stake. A partial refund denied, hearts left to ache.
In the waiting room, I sat with my pet. Wondering how compassion could be so easy to forget. The practices awareness, a mere formality. While my frustration grew, a storm of reality.
No feedback, no empathy, just a cold refrain. Kalvig & Shorter, your compassion waned. Refusing to make amends, a bitter pill to swallow. Leaving me questioning, in this veterinary hollow.

Most friendly and caring vet I have ever been to. My dog is very timid and scared at the vet and they did a great job of making her feel safe and letting me feel comfortable as well!

We had an emergency with our dog. They were responsive and caring and really helped us out of a tough situation. Also, great follow-up.
