They are very organized and conscientious of covid in this office. They are also really efficient, but this past time I thought they could have been better communicators. I bring my rabbit in regularly to get nail trims as I am unable to do it alone. At her most recent appointment, they told me after my rabbit was dropped off that the price was increased by $15. Obviously I was going to pay the price because I already travelled so far to get there and we were already checked in. Someone should have notified me before the appointment or when I scheduled the appointment. I felt a little cheated by the timing of the price change communication.

Our little guy Ayat (parakeet) has been a patient at the Center of Avian and Exotic Medicine (CAEM) for the last few years. I cannot say enough good things about this place: the wonderful care, kindness from the staffDr. Cleary, Emery and all the folks at the front desk at CAEM rock as far as Im concerned. Also, weve boarded Ayat there on 2 separate occasions - the latest was for about a month while out of the country. My husband and I simply didnt feel comfortable leaving Ayat with anyone who hadnt had experience taking care of birds before, so though a little costly, we boarded him at CAEM and any concerns or worries were left at the door. Thank you CAEM!!

My bunny Mylo boards with the center and every time he is very well taken care of and loved while I am away. Truly love the staff, they are amazing. Worth every penny

Phone number instructs you to go to website and pay non refundable fee before booking. Upon paying, there is no option to book. Called to get appointment booked and was told they need to call you to schedule an appointment. When I mentioned to the woman at front desk that is something that should be communicated before you're billed, she thanked me for calling and hung up. My bank just got the charge removed. Would not recommend this place.

So fantastic! Lovely staff. The only place you can board a bird in Manhattan. Doctor was kind and informative.
