I just bought membership for 2 pets there. Everything is good until I made appointment for ultrasound. Then I found theyre just one of those corporates not responsible if they make mistake because they have RULES. When I paid deposit, I was concerning the waiting time since they dont have onsite technician and technician travels there without exact time given. My pet is always anxious to be crated. But I decided to give a try since I was confirmed that I could stay with my pet while waiting and also I can cancel if time didnt work out for me. I was given drop off time of 11am today at UES. Then in the morning, I was called that the technician will be there late at 3pm and my drop off time changed to 12pm. So I decided to cancel due to their time change and also the extremely long waiting time. Then shockingly I was told I cant get $250 deposit back, only can be rescheduled. The reason is: they have to pay technician to travel. But Im not doing the exam today anyway, so? They have freedom to change time, but you as a customer, cant cancel due to their changing time.

Love this vet! Dr. Crcic and the vet techs are amazing with our dog, Clark, and always make sure he's comfortable during his visit. I also love how transparent the pricing is. Would recommend!
