I am sorry but i didn't catch the persons behind the counter - a young man and a young lady. They both were awesome. She had just started her shift, so she only helped me with last few steps, and she was good. The young man was extremely helpful and professional as he helped me before but i observed him help others ahead of me. This was really a pleasant experience. Thank you!

Never really write bad review because I get it business is hard. But oh boy this location staff seriously something wrong with them. Waste my time 10 minutes waiting because this incompetent front desk guy flirting with the female customer in front of me, yikes but she successfully doesn't have to pay the 3 rolls of plastic covers. Was trying to drop off my key and parked cross street, the guy charged me $100 for move a truck 15 feet. Scams scams and scams. PLEASE be very careful when you go this locations, don't let them fool you, seems like a lot of hidden fees.

I was charged for the full cost of 2 dollys and a set of packing blankets after physically returning them to their location at this facility when I dropped off the truck. I am still trying to reconcile these charges with U-Haul. Customer Service continues to try to reach out to this location but they have not replied. Please fix this.
