After 4 years of no issues on returns but reading some of these reviews I should have known to find a new accountant before I experience the same. I have been trying to get in touch with Larry for 2 months regarding my taxes he filed this year. We received a notice stating we now owe $2000 in NYC taxes after receiving a refund and Larry is nowhere to be found. After my wife called for weeks, I finally called in and was firm but not disrespectful to one of his female secretaries who was offering no help in the situation. She proceeded to hang up on me. After calling back, I got Faheen who my wife had been dealing with. He continues to claim he does not know Larrys whereabouts. I called again today and once again, he somehow has no idea where Larry is and claims to have only spoken to him one time over the past 2 months but somehow he still is answering his phones everyday and receiving a paycheck. Wouldnt even give me his email so I could send the notice to him to pass along to Larry. Not sure what Larry is up to but I would avoid at all costs. Completely unprofessional, unresponsive, cant be trusted to handle your taxes and has an office that clearly lies on his behalf.

Terrible service and over charged never use them if you want things done correctly.

I would give zero stars if I could. He was our accountant and stopped responding to phone calls and emails. He advised he was filing our tax returns and after months of trying to reach him, with no success, we found out he never filed our paperwork so we incurred a penalty. I will be reporting him to every appropriate agency. I suggest no one uses this guy.
