Joshua helped us (Store in SoHo) and I have only the best words for him! Even though it was extremely busy he was incredibly kind, pleasant and professional. I hesitated between several models and sizes, and he managed to find and bring everything, serving all the other customers as well. Really professional service, nice approach - kudos to him! I should also mention - the lady who works in the first part of the store (right at the entrance) was the exact opposite: extremely rude, she didn't even want to check the sizes on the tablet. Luckily we kept looking and came across Joshua who managed to help with everything and I even found two models in my size!

Why is it called a flagship store when its so small?

There was a very unfriendly staff. The person at the entrance and the cashier were all friendly, but I was very upset because of that one person. I recommend visiting both Originals flagship store NY and Adidas brand center NY. The products available are slightly different.
