Was in NYC on vacation, doing tons of walking. Saw this place out of the corner of my eye and went in to maybe find my girlfriend a pair of shoes to help her plantar fasciitis. The guy spoke with her, let her know exactly what the problem was, and gave her a set of inserts for her shoes to help support her arches. He really took time with her and educated her. They were exactly what she needed. She was in so much pain and these inserts saved the day and our whole vacation. Total lifesaver.

My mom and I used to go there 30 yrs ago when they were in a different location. The pedorthists were always knowledgeable and caring. Very good service. Prices were a bit more steep than in other places, but we were able to walk....which was the main reason for going there in the first place. We've moved far away since, but I've often thought of this store, and if I'm ever in town again, it'll be on my bucket list.
