The slowest workers Ive ever come across. I had some pre-ordered prints to pick up which should take 1 minute to just grab and give to me but it took them 15 minutes to help the customer in front of me. Im not sure why the two other workers couldnt just grab me the prints and send me on my way but no one bothered asking me if I needed help. On top of that, the prints werent even done properly. The edges of my photo were completely cut off so it took them another 15 minutes to figure out how to reprint my order. What should have taken me max 1 minute took me 30. Only come here if you have a lot of time to spare. If not, youre better off going elsewhere.

The worst Customer service ever, they took 35 minutes to ship 4 envelopes which should have taken a maximum of 10 minutes. The manager Zelma should be fired, she was very rude condescending and incompetent. she was unwilling to fix any situations and was very rude the whole time and really sat around and did nothing. The other staff were completely untrained and had no idea what they were doing. POOR MANAGEMENT! Save your time go anywhere else.

The staff are super nice. They helped me print out my FedEx label and asked if I needed tape and scissors.
