        I should have listened to the reviews. Wouldn't take my packages because they didn't like the way they were wrapped. Gave me so much attitude and argument that I just walked to the other USPS at Penn Station and they took my packages no issue.

        Im so appalled! Brought in 31 certified letter print stamped and they refused to accept it. The clerk states, they can only take 7. When I ask why, clerk says, its because theyre in a financial location. Even more reason to take certified mail from a very big business in the city. Billion dollar company mail being refused. I can understand if I did something incorrect but all in order just simply refused. I will make it my duty to have the company change direction from how we send mail. Also, Im still walking in this heat to get to PO at 18th Street, where she sent me.

        To put it nicely Ive been here dozens of times and none of them have been good. Possibly one of my least favorite places in the city if not the world.

        Denied service and tried to send me to UPS when I had a USPS label. Did not want to scan the package/do anything at all.

        If I could do 0 stars I would. I have never had a single good experience here. I keep coming back thinking that maybe someone was having a bad day, but NO. It is only miserable human beings who work here. They will talk down to you and refuse to serve you for whatever reason they can think of. Dreadful dreadful place. Just go to UPS or FedEx and skip USPS altogether - theyll likely just delay delivering or lose your package anyway.
