This people dont value your time if your going to get a passport they wasted my whole day and decided to play a power card by not sending the documents since its not there job to tell you if everything is in order the people who do the passport are the ones to ask that. But no she was like I am not going to send this despite my lawyer made sure everything was in check and she even told me its there job to send it not to deny you your passport request since they dont work for imigration and customs but I digress. Simply look elsewhere and dont let the fancy architecture distract you from the rudness and power grab.

My advice dont let the good reviews fool you most of them are about the architecture, selfservice or just got lucky. This people basically ruined my day when I was trying to get my passport by acting in a very facistic manner and basically looking down on you and decideng if they want to send your documents to imigration or not but not only that youll be there for about 3 to 4 hours despite being on time and thats if you got an appointment.

They basically wasted a whole day and probably a whole month until I can get my passport at another place. So I was trying to get my passport so I got there 15 minuts early at 1 since my appointment was at 1:15 everything was ready since my lawyer prepared everything in the folder to be sent. I dont have a new york state ID and basically after waiting 3 hours to get service the women tells me that I need a new york ID which is not true I showed her my college ID, my greencard which is also a Government ID and she still persists that I needes something thats literally impossible to get since the pandemic welp I wasted my day and have to wait a whole month until i can get my passport at another post office. horrible place dont go here if you value your time.

Not respectful of appointment time. I believe that our time as costumers should be respected the same way that they expect their time to be respected. If you have compromises following your appointment know that you are going to take a while before being attended. They are very strict with their appointment times and this is the same as taking walk-ins. It doesn't make sense.
