        When I was so unfortunate to trip and fall on the sidewalks of NYC and found myself in the E.R at Lenox Hill Hospital with a bruised jaw and a split chin I was immediately comforted by meeting dr Gargano ; I knew I was in good hands. Apart from dr Garganos professionalism and artistry when it comes to plastic surgery - which is apparent now that my scar is healing beautifully - hes warmth and humanity was so welcoming and heartwarming on an otherwise difficult day. I cannot recommend Dr. Francesco Gargano highly enough.

        Dr. Gargano met me in the ER at Lenox Hill when I fell and severely lacerated my shins.Was I ever luck to have gotten such dedicated professional. Seven weeks later the wounds are almost healed only because he took such superior care with both the surgery and the aftercare. At first after the surgery he saw me every other day to make certain that the wounds would heal! I cannot speak highly enough of his care and artistry in the repair of such a complicated place. And he is nice to boot. BRAVO!
