When searching for a doctor, you have to have that feeling like yeah this the one!! The moment I step in this place for a consultation, up until my procedure it felt so right!! The coordinator Sofia was very helpful, informative and show so much patience throughout the process. Doctor K is by far the best in NYC! Great bed sizes manners, very kind and also have patience while doing the procedure. He take pride in delivering good results for his patients.. Im beyond happy with my lipo 360 results and so happy I found and trusted my gut to go with Dreams plastic and Dr Kalsow. Highly recommend!!

Ive always dreamed of having the perfect jaw line and Ive been searching the right plastic surgeon for a long time. Ive heard of Dr. Serge from a friend and I went for a consultation. The office is immaculate from the smell to the decor. The staff is very helpful but more importantly theyre available for you at all times. Sophia who was in contact with me at all times, will always answer all of my questions and concerns before and after the procedure. Lastly, Dr. Serge made my dreams come true. I am very impressed with his work and the amazing results!! Dreams Plastic Surgery is the place to go!!

After doing countless research I came across Dr Kalsow and scheduled an appointment for a free consultation. I came for my consult appointment and did not have to wait at all to be seen. The girl working the front desk named Natasha was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Serge was very patient and thorough. Made me feel comfortable and he was honest. Coordinator Sofia was approachable and helped me schedule an appointment she was available whenever I had any questions prior and post my procedure. Dr. Kalsow and his staff are second to none. From the front desk to Sophia to the Dr. himself, they are all so kind, patient and reassuring. Dr. Kalsow is very talented. He is able to make you look natural, and not at all like you had any work done. I love the result of the facial work he did for me, and I am going back to him in a couple of months for a different procedure!
