My son was interested in rhinoplasty and searched plastic surgeons who are also ENTs across the country. After many hours of research, watching videos, and meeting with various doctors, it was evident that Dr. Paul was not only the most qualified, but also the best fit. The office is so professional, and everyone with whom we interacted was professional, kind, and thorough. Mostly, we had the pleasure of working with Tasia (the beautiful helpful face greeting people at the desk), Val and Carlyne (comforting and capable nurses) Michael (friendly helpful office manager), and Armond (anesthesiologist who took his time sitting with us prior). Rather than promising a result that was either not medically realistic or did it fit my sons face, Dr. Paul told us exactly what he could accomplish while achieving the best aesthetic result. He did not make any promises he could not keep. He spent over 3 hours meticulously reconstructing my sons nose until it was perfect, far exceeding any promises and expectations. We were beyond impressed with his professionalism, but also perfectionism exactly what one would want in a top surgeon. In addition to being medically trained, he is a true artist. The unexpected bonus is we learned first-hand that he has a huge heart above and beyond his gentle bedside manner. It is extremely unusual to come across someone who is not only incredibly skilled but also kind. This combination is so rare, especially in New York City. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Paul and his staff. My son recovered quickly with a result that perfectly fits his face / is so natural looking. It has given him confidence that he never thought possible. If I could give Dr Paul and his team a million stars, it would not be enough.

I got my rhinoplasty done by Dr. Paul for around 30K dollars. This is my honest review of my experience. How I found him: I had saved Dr. Pauls instagram for two years and told myself that the second I had enough money, I would get my rhinoplasty done by him. Naturally, thats what I did. The consultation: It was very short. Extremely short actually. I was in and out in around 15 minutes. He took a picture of my nose and then went on Paint (yes, the application on the desktop) and showed me how my nose looked like. He said he could only provide the side view and not the front and to just trust him. If Im paying over 30 grand for a surgery, how can you just sloppily take 5 seconds to tweak the side of the nose on Paint, but not have high tech technology to show me what I would look like. The procedure day: It was an absolute mess. I was an out of state patient and had booked my ticket under the impression that my surgery was in the afternoon (as the nurse had told me multiple times during my consultation). The afternoon before the surgery, the nurse called to tell me my appointment was in the morning. I panicked. I had to schedule my flights, hotel, and driving / medical arrangements all last minute. I cannot express how frustrated and stressed I felt on the inside, but I remained composed. Surgery day: The nurse that I hired through them felt annoyed to be there with me. Mind you, Im a 22 year old girl getting this surgery all alone and the least you could do is be a bit more gentle with me (and the hotel staff who she angrily talked to). Again, was still happy and positive. Day of cast removal: I nearly fainted when I saw the nurse pull off the cast. I wanted to cry. I seriously cannot express how crushed I felt. My nose looked HORRENDOUS on me. Its as if he didnt even take a second to consider my facial structure before performing the rhinoplasty. He said that it looks great for the side!. Unfortunately, I communicate with people by facing them. My nose was/is flat, lacks no dimension, and looks like a sausage from the front. He even made my bridge much wider (unsure why any surgeon would do such a thing). They said they would call for a follow up after 6 weeks. Its been almost three months and they have been MIA. I cant even begin to express how depressed and crushed I feel after this procedure with Dr. Paul. So much money spent for such a horrible nose job. On top of that, the service was well below par. I wish I took reviews like this more seriously before the procedure. Theyre much better surgeons in the area who will thoughtfully look at your nose and fix it, so youre not in a depressed, non confident rut like me. I would do anything humanly possible to get my old nose back. This is just horrible. Please take this as a sign. P.S. theres a reason why he usually never posts the front of his patients noses on instagram or social media (its because the side looks decent, but the front looks horrible). Dont make the same mistake I did, there are better surgeons out there!! More money doesnt mean better results.

Absolutely AMAZING is the only way to describe Dr. Paul! He achieved the perfect natural looking nose for my face. The entire journey, starting with our 1st consultation, has been outstanding. Dr. Paul is an amazing human - always smiling, empathetic and sometimes even more excited than I was (if thats possible). I cannot recommend Dr. Paul enough to anyone who asks!!!

My daughter had a rhinoplasty with Dr Paul on Jan 8 2024. It was a revision and a bit complicated. It is 6 weeks after and already a 10/10. Dr Paul and my daughter connected beautifully. His vision, attention to detail, pride in his work and understanding of what she wanted made it a seamless experience. The staff was responsive and the ease of everything being done in the facility with a caring nurse made it no hassle. We had an initial rhinoplasty done by an 'expert' that turned out to be a huge disappointment and missing basics such as supporting the tip so the nose was basically collapsing. We are so grateful to Dr Paul for restoring my daughter's confidence, fixing someone else's subpar work, making my daughter look gorgeous, and attending to every detail. As Dr Paul says 'insane!'. Thank you Dr Paul. Forever grateful
