        De. Sclafani was professional, courteous and very skilled. He spent plenty of time reviewing the procedure to me, offered alternatives and also discussed postoperative care. His entire team in the offices as well as the perioperative team exuded the same attributes as Dr Sclafani. The entire process was so positive that I would recommend him to anyone.

        Professional & helpful office staff Working in healthcare for more decades I will admit to I researched surgeons and was very happy to find Dr Sclafani Sadly he referred me to another surgeon under the guise it would be closer. Hastily I trusted his judgement more than my own research Not only was it more difficult & timely to get to said physician. I was not very happy with the outcome or the lingering effects. I wish Dr Sclafani would have trusted my judgement and the faith I placed in him. All in all I feel he would be a good choice My recommendations would be stick to your gut and do not let others deter you

        Dr.Sclafani is an AMAZING doctor. I had surgery in 2006 from him, rhinoplasty and chin implant and my face has gone through many changes just from aging, I decided to go back to him 17 years later and he is so caring. He NEVER takes advantage of his patients, gives the best care possible and doesnt rip you off like most plastic surgeons do. Especially being in NYC. I have so much respect for him and would honestly give him 10 stars if I could.

      Anthony P. Sclafani, MD, FACS, joined us from New York Eye & Ear Infirmary- Mt. Sinai, where he was a Surgeon Director, professor in the Department of Otolaryngology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mt. Sinai and Director of Facial Plastic Surgery of the Mt. Sinai Health System. Dr. Sclafani brings training and expertise in the full range of otolaryngology – head and neck surgery, and specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive facial plastic surgery. He completed residency training at the New York Eye & Ear Infirmary and fellowship training in facial plastic surgery at St. Louis University.  Dr. Sclafani has received numerous awards for teaching and research, including twice being awarded the Ira Tresley Award, as well as the Sir John Delf Gillies Award, for outstanding research by the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.  Dr. Sclafani has authored and edited several books, including Total Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery, Rhinoplasty- The Experts’ Reference and Surgical Atlas of Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Sclafani received his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Columbia University followed by his medical degree from the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Medicine. Dr. Sclafani serves as the Director of Facial Plastic Surgery here in the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and holds the rank of Professor of Otolaryngology at Weill Cornell Medical College.If you are scheduled to see Dr. Sclafani as a new patient, please print and complete the Patient Packet and bring it with you on the day of your appointment.
