Dr. John N. Troccoli, MD

I never like leaving reviews this low, but the office staff is incredibly unprofessional. I went to this location because it's close, but it's a hassle getting anything from this office staff. I went in to get a prescription, and it was never called in to the pharmacy. I called the front desk staff several times to follow up about this and was always told someone would call me back but they never did. I've never experienced office staff this unprofessional at a doctor's office before.

This office is very unorganized. I went to see Dr. Troccoli for an initial visit and mole removal. He did a normal check and itemized quotes for different services. I paid in full after our visit for the specifics services he provided. Since then, I have been receiving letters for a $700 unpaid bill. Called his office, they are stumped, as they see the payment, but "they do not manage the bills that are sent out". I speak to the third party company - no answers. Complete embarrassment. Would not recommend.

The front desk ladies were nice and welcoming, nice setting in the waiting area, displayed COVID guidelines for safety. The nurse who assisted the Doctor was nice and courteous! Overall, it was a great experience

Office is very clean and well spaced out waiting room. John Triccoli, MD is a well skilled doctor. He has a great demeanor, gentle and compassionate.
