Wish Id gone with a local place instead. The staff here wasnt helpful in the sense that they just told me every frame looked good with my piece and then when I found a matting solution I liked, they didnt write it down so when the piece came back it wasnt what we discussed. They had to send it back so it wound up taking a month in total. Pretty meh overall

Associate remembered us from when we had browsed a week earlier. Complimented my me on my degree, which I was having framed. Personable and professional. Made it an easy and pleasant experience. Love the concept

I love buying art but always dread going to get it framed because you never know how much its going to cost. The upfront pricing was so helpful and I could focus on picking the frame and mat that I thought would look best. Ariana, the associate, was very kind and helpful! Picking up the pieces was also a smooth experience. I'll definitely come back and frame more art.
