Lewis + Flores Custom Framing

Very expensive frames. A very long time to produce them. The frames dont come back the same coloring as the samples chosen. They were responsible enough to address the problems and modify the colors to correspond with the samples but getting the changes made took several weeks. I stopped by while in the neighborhood of the shop to get a sense of when the frame might be ready and was greeted by one of the owners with a hostile defensive attitude slamming the door after my merely asking if he had a sense of when the frame would be completed. I have never been treated by a shop owner or craftsman like that in my life. They do nice work but its not worth the price or attitude

Absolutely superb work with precise attention to every detail, as if you are their only customer now or ever. The work they do is perfect in a very personal way because they take so much time to understand exactly what you want and need. They are trustworthy and impeccably honest. They are knowledgeable, skilled and have a keen artistic sense which they bring to every piece you bring them. I have never been disappointed. Only increasingly impressed and grateful for the exquisite results they produce. Every time.

A trained art professional (that is Susan Lewis) and precision craftsmanship (that is Francisco Flores); together they are an amazing team. They understand how to handle all types of art and in working with the customer with courtesy, patience and respect. Time and money well spent!
