Oscar was able to fit me in right away to cut a new mat for an existing frame in order to better fit a watercolor painting. He advised on the best color and cut the size to perfection and with the utmost customer service. The price was much more reasonable than any other place I tried. I highly recommend Art of the Frame.

I used this business to frame three pictures that were very important to me. They came with backing that was misaligned so I was told that they would be aligned as part of the service. I was told that there was a big backlog so it would take at most three weeks. I was informed of the absurd timeline after I paid. After waiting over three weeks, I called and asked about the status and was told it would take another week. When I said that I would like to have a refund because they were unreliable, he agreed to giving me the framed pictures within two days. When the pictures came, they were not realigned as promised. I paid around $120 for each picture to be framed and now I need to get them reframed somewhere else because they are still poorly aligned to their backing. I would have had a better experience just buying a frame from amazon.

I had such an amazing experience with Oscar. He is so kind, has a great eye for the right frame and works quickly and effectively creating amazing work. With his fair pricing and beautiful handiwork. Ill never go anywhere else for my framing needs.

Absolutely incredible experience! Oscar is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. I desperately needed a rush order before a trip and he was able to help me out. The final product was PERFECT. It is clear that Oscar is passionate about what he does and takes his craft seriously. I will be going to Oscar at Art of the Frame for all my framing needs as I know I can trust him to do an amazing job at a fair price.
