For ten photos and posters, I had asked for all-black frames. But I had not asked for  frames that were ALL THE SAME SIZE--thick wide black and heavy, whether the work was large or small. I had specifically asked for smaller, thinner frames for the little pieces and for a different style on certain others. Instead, I got a BIG one-size-fits=all. They look ridiculous. Hulking. And some of these  outsized frames actually cover up bits of the illustration or photo. In fairness, I had to leave them w/the shop for a while due to Covid, and I am sure this place needed me to show up sooner than I did to pay in full. But bad work is bad work, and the guys there were not friendly. I had to make a $$deal with them to get back my stuff, then take it elsewhere to have it properly framed.  It seems that people like this place. So,  just be sure you're very clear on what they're going to do. I suspect they pay more attention to matte pieces--the big-money stuff--than they do to simple frames.
