I used to go here and was happy with the service but I had a frustrating experience recently. I came into the shop, took out my picture and started to tell him what I wanted (very small and simple job). Another customer came in. She was picking something up. He said that he needed to take care of her first because it would be faster. He couldn't find it for a bit and moved really slowly. I waited over ten minutes and he still wasn't ringing it up so left. Only go if you have lots of time and don't mind kind of unfriendly rude service

I've been coming here for about 20 years. Always excellent quality, expert guidance, respect for the history of the item being framed, and the customer's relationship to that item.
