My boyfriend sent his super 8 in to be developed in October. It is February. This roll is still missing and he has yet to be offered a refund or explanation for what happened to his roll. Weve both called and left voicemails. Hes sent multiple emails. After months they responded and promised him it would FINALLY be developed after the holidays. It was not. Later we found out they just send their super 8 to Negativeland??? So I would say go to Negativeland. Its a couple blocks up the street. Theyre much nicer, more professional, better scans, and it takes a little less than a week. Not sure if they do 35mm.

My friends and I take a yearly trip to an out of town football game and this year we decided to bring a disposable  camera to document the trip. We decided to get the film developed here and that was a grave mistake. We have just been informed that they have lost everything and have no idea where the film went. Then they had the audacity to offer us 20% off coupon for the next time we got film developed there. LOL what a slap in the face. Be very carful if you ever decide to use this joke of an establishment. I'm all for supporting local businesses but not this one. CVS/Walgreens will be my go to spot from now on.

Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but after developing here twice my orders were late and prints came out so poorly. One plus I found was employees were kind.

The course I took was fantastic. Great teacher! They actually care at this establishment.
