My brother was told the day before after calling thee store that after leaving a laminated card with his first and last name in 5he copier if I his brother could pick it up the next day since they where about to close, they said they would put my name on it.They said since I have the same last name it was okay I just need my ID. Upon arriving I was told because I didn't have his name i couldn't pick it up even after I explained the situation so I requested for a manager to find the lady I was talking to identified as the manager. She insisted that because it's a card which I stated it's aa big as a phone it's not an ID card. After about 8min of me waiting she finally handed me the item saying next time the person who lost it has to pick it up and on it you can read a note saying my name and that I'd be coming to pick it up. This whole situation was unnecessary.

Worst store you could place a pickup order for placed a pickup order and they wouldnt give it to me never had this problem before

The printing team here (Especially Kathy) are by far some of the best people ever! I have a terrible habit of putting in complicated last minute requests and they have tackled all of them with such accuracy and speed and attention to detail!

Thomas the supervisor is very nice and helpful. However, after calling to double check about my service order before traveling to the store location, in-store I discovered that you can no longer have manuals coil-rebound at any NYC location. This is a new staff policy apparently for a few years now. There have been apparent mistakes of binding and thus the service has been removed. I wish I had been told that the correct information. Disappointing - I will turn to FedEx / Kinkos instead for a hopeful solution.
