Decided to hire Mobile4you due to my horrible experience at the dealership. The customer service was great, I booked my appointment for the next day via phone. I was given a price breakdown of the oils they offer and method of payments they accept. I was greeted the day of by Williamson. Such a professional, knowledgeable being. He checked the fluids in my car although he came to just change my oil. Was friendly and walked me through all the steps he was taking. I would totally hire them again. As the process took less than the general 5hours I would spend at the dealership for simply an oil change.

I feel like the mechanic wasnt knowledgeable of the issue that was at hand. In other words time & money wasted . I ended up having to tow my car to the dealer for proper diagnosis. To each their own though Service: Auto engine diagnostic
