        I have never had such a terrible experience. Would never have imagined this was even possible. Sprinter van came out of the shop with more damage than it went in with. I tried reaching out multiple times & sent proof with photos taken from my insurance company. They promised to get back but never did. The only explanation for what happened is that it was raised up on a lift without consideration to the vans height which resulted in the roof along with the ac unit being severely banged up and broken. Still looking into legal action. NOT RIGHT
