Shoplet.com Discount Office Supplies

I used the original box, SKU, style # to place an exact order of the metallic green folder (picture). The not-so-green folder is what I received from Shoplet. I called and the return was fairly easy (so far). I now have to spend my time, supplies, gas, and lost time on my project because of this. Inspect what you expect.

Never received order followup or tracking but when I contacted them the product had actually shipped and they had a tracking number for me. Tentative 3/5.

I Ordered one box of 2 packs cartridges through Amazon with Shoplet as the distributor, but I only received 1 pair. I left messages and called them for ship my second pair. They just said it was a listing error on Amazon and only can offered me 10% off the order price. I paid the two cartridges money, and only got one, it's unfair!!! The another way is I had to go to the UPS store that take my time to return their item . This remind me to read their reviews and I found one month ago Dustin Jones had the same problem as me, that means both Amazon and shoplet know the listing problem, but they don't correct it, This leads us to believe they are purposely cheating their customers.

Terrible experience. Ordered a SinuPlus nasal irrigation system that they said was in stock. Turns out it wasn't and a couple of weeks later, found out it was on backorder d(which they did not tell me). I have called, emailed and no response. As of now I am out $ 87.58 and am going to try to get PayPal to help me get my money. Absolute nightmare. I cannot understand how their google ratings could be so high....they must write them themselves.
