From FedEx Office to the USPS, there are a lot of places to mail/ship packages in Midtown. Staples is certainly not one of them. Do yourself and the Staples team a favorgo elsewhere for your shipping needs.

Checking the reviews, I realized that my case is not isolated. Terrible attendance. I gave up buying due to the rudeness of the young attendant. Arrogant. I'm a tourist in NYC, and this was the worst place I was treated. It's a big store, which should be more careful with the people they are hiring, because that way customers will leave. My rating is not for the store but for the rudeness of the attendant.

I have no problem with customer service but giving me an estimate of $1,300 for thirty copies of a book presentation in black and white? Forty physical pages, no frills. No wonder people outsource to other countries or online services. Shame

Ive been going to this staples for more than a year and staffs are always attentive and helpful. However theres one guy (I believe its the store security) whos been sitting in the printing area every time I go in since last year.
Hes always talking on the phone loudly, i mean loud enough the entire store can hear him clearly and most of the time hes on speaker. Sometimes hed burst out laughing and startled the customers around him and its really really disturbing.
I caught him a few times trying to engage in a conversation with whoever is sitting next to him and none of the customers had any interest but rather seem annoyed. Not to mention he always has 5 large bags piled up the area as if hes not already taken up a spot for the actual customer there.
Im not saying he shouldnt be there, but maybe just be a bit mindful of the public space and respect the others since its not your home.
