        Ashley Kim is part of my weight loss program. At our meeting Ashley asked about the foods I like, my daily routine and my level of activity. She gave me the benefits of some of my food selections and explained how eating certain foods in certain order could help in weight loss. We talked about the benefits of eating fresh fruits and veggie. I inquired about the Keto diet which has been very popular with some friends. She stressed although some foods were high in carbs they were very healthy and could be added in smaller quantities. I found Ashley very informative and easy to speak with. I look forward to our next conversation.
