Tamara knows exactly what shes doing. If you have unresolved stomach issues and you feel like youve done it all but nothing seems to work, shes your go to! Ive had ongoing stomach/bloating for 2+ years and in our first session, Tamara was able to nail down exactly what was going on. I put her suggestions into practice and have felt so much better- the best Ive felt for as long as I can remember. She is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner!

Tamara is so incredibly kinda and knowledgable. After several mishaps with other nutritionists who claimed to know what I was dealing with, I was very hesitant to try someone else and spend the money. I am so glad I did. She was non judgmental and so pleasant to talk to. She took the time to get to know what I liked and disliked and helped to focus in on foods I would enjoy in my diet. Anyone looking for a good nutritionist should go to Tamara Freuman.
