        The admins at this office are the most unprofessional I have ever encounter in my life. They are rude and even hang up calls when the insurance calls to rectify things. Olga, the director of the practice, is magically always in meetings or out of the office. She will never call you back. Horrible and unprofessional experience all around.

        I switched to one of the doctors here recently and he seemed just fine, but his staff is incompetent - they scheduled me for the wrong day and wouldn't do anything to rectify their mistake after I went all the way to the office for the time I had scheduled the appointment. I will never go back.
