LizWell Massage Therapy

This is the best therapeutic massage I have ever experienced. Liz, was highly recommended and I am so grateful I found her. Her touch, her skills, her knowledge and the entire process was top notch. Liz noticed on my first visit that I put pressure on my neck while I am resting with my arms up and I realized she was right. I actually sleep like this, just as she suspected. I literally wake up in the middle of the night to fix my posture and follow her instructions. This picture shows the type of smile and relaxation you would get Highly recommended!!!!

This was the massage I needed! My physical therapist had recommended LizWell Massage Therapy and I'm so glad I had the opportunity to receive a massage. The environment is soothing, cozy and clean. Liz was incredibly kind and warm. I filled out a brief questionnaire regarding medical history, what areas I wanted to focus on, any areas to avoid, etc. We then discussed my answers and whatever questions I had were addressed. I was stressed out and nervous when I arrived and Liz put me at ease and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The massage itself was amazing and she checked on me throughout to see how I was doing. At the end of the experience my body felt transformed and I felt as light as a feather. I will be booking massages with Liz on a regular basis. She has a healing touch and I'm grateful to have found such a wonderful practice.

I have had a number of massages in my days and from many different places. Liz is truly the best masseuse I have ever had. I have a lot of anxiety and often worry during massages, but Liz's passion and dedication are soothing and nurturing. She is very in tune with my body and carefully checks in throughout the experience. As someone with psoriatic arthritis, I often don't find massages to do much in the way of relieving pain, however I have noticed that seeing Liz ever month or so really helps my stress levels which makes a huge difference in my day-to-day pain. I will not see another masseuse in this city, she's simply the best!
