        Truly great team, great systems and great state of the art imaging technology. The teams seems to be Always efficient, and always pleasant. They are the best.

        Surprisingly bad. Staff is rushed and doesn't listen to patient concerns. Despite being warned ahead of time about my daughter's precarious IV, staff was rough while handling the IV and inserting the contrast. Following this test, the area was so inflamed that the IV had to be removed preventing the option for IV treatment. I also witnessed staff calling another patient "uncooperative" when she was clearly in extreme pain and blaming her for the inability to tolerate treatment. Very rude and Un compassionate. I expect so much better from Mt. Sinai.
