Overall quite satisfactory facility and medical staff. Waiting rooms are clean and presentable, medical intake desk usually properly trained and staffed. Definitely 5 stars based on my experiences as both patient and medical escort (on behalf of another patient).
Most difficult aspect is navigating the different imaging facilities and departments and, oh my!, the elevators which are quite erratic. Always add in at least 15+ minutes just for elevator issues.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Idk why yall continue to hire people for jobs to service people, Whom dont actually care to help people. I had an apt today that I needed to reschedule. I call this location and the representative that works there around 7:45am and answered the phone was very rude and for upset when I asked her whats the next available apt? So I could be seen asap. She refused to tell me then got mad and put me on hold & never came back. Then when I called back proceeded to send my call to voice mail. So not only are you not doing your job but youre refusing a service and not being helpful. I really wish people who dont like people would stay FAR AWAY from the medical field.
