Lost month and never got my ultrasound. They cancelled twice my appointments: first time when I was at the medical center, next time - few hours before the appointment.

Very bad service , I have to wait one and half hour to get my ct scan , which I did not , couldnot wait more than that .. Bad manegment

After hours on the phone bring shuffled from one office to another, me being on the verge of tears, a woman named Emma answered the phone at 425 W 59th Radiology. She was the ultimate professional. After explaining the frustrations that I had, trying to locate my husbands records, with one short, confident phrase she said: I can do that! Instantaneously, she found the records, faxed them to Langone, created a disk of my husbands imagery, which she gave to me to accompany the materials sent to Langone earlier. She accomplished the task efficiently, calmly and professionally. Emma, thank you.

My appointment was for 9:30a. I got in a little after 9a. I was out by 9:13a for a spine X-ray. They were courteous, clean and professional. Excellent!
