They called me on the day of my appointment telling me they wanted to go home early that day and since my appointment was the last one of the day, they decided to cancel it. Having breast cancer symptoms and was already waiting since last year to get that scan!!! Now I have to leave the country and won't be back for another month. At this point I might have to get the scan done overseas. Really screwed up that they would do that to patients just because they feel like it. Closing up shop early at a cafe or bar I could understand, but not a medical facility!!!!

Had a biopsy done there last week. Place is clean, front desk is friendly! Had an appointment they took me way before my appointment time. Wait wasnt long inside. The doctor, radiologist nurse and tech were amazing! I was nervous, they calmed me down told me every step that they are doing. The procedure was so quick and painless. The results came back in a day! Thank you to the whole team there!

My first time here the technician was wonderful and kind. The second time the tech was cold and rude. Both mammograms were extremely painful (my breasts ached for 24 hours afterward).

NYU must have recruited these receptionists from the DMV or the Post Office. For a medical facility, they seemed oblivious to the fact that they're in the business of serving PATIENTS. The Tech was excellent, but the supporting staff isn't worth the visit.
