        I talked to ahmed and decided to go w stearns and foster studio mattress, an open box item. when i got the invoice there was a $100 charge for set up and haul away old mattress. i was NEVER informed prior to this. i contacted ahmed and pointed this out asking that the charge be reduced or eliminated. i have never had to pay for setup and haul away and should have been informed. NO response from Ahmed! And today i am blocked from paying. worst customer service EVER! shameful!

        Walked in looking for a specific style and Ahmed was able to show me the styles and price ranges and i got a free protector and 2 pillows 1/2 off and free financingfor 1 year with 3% back! . I will get it in 2 days and they're taking the old matress and frame if needed.

        Great experience with my salesperson Elvin he was very knowledgeable. He gave me great suggestions on the mattress . He found the right pillow for me. I sent my sister today and she made a purchase and agreed that Elvin is the best nicest knowledgeable, professional salesperson you can find.
