Updated review: All the LED bulbs rated for 25000 hours burned out after about 100 hours of use. I contacted the compay and they instructed me to dismantle the chandelier, pack it, and ship it back to them. Its going to cost me money, time and inconvenience for their inferior product. It would be easier and cheaper for me to just throw it away in the garbage. Original review: $12000 chandelier, delivery was very late and only give Tuesday and Thursday delivery days with window 10:00 am -5 pm. Customer service does not pick up the phone and does not respond to emails. Erik Dierking Does not care about the customer.

This is my opinion based on my experience with Roll and Hill. I puschased a 10 light Agnes Chandelier with 10 LED bulbs wwhich I was told should last 25,000 hours. After about 48 hours of usage the bulbs started flickering. After about 100 hours of usage, all the bulbs were dead. I emailed the company and they told me that I need to dismantle the chandelier, pack it and ship it myself so that they can examine it....sure let me call my electrician to do all this work, pay more money and inconvenience myself.....not even an apology or attempt to make the customer happy after the product did not perform as advertised. Thomas Edison invented the bulb and this company charges $12,000 for a metal structure to hold the bulbs, but it may not work.
